Individual Online Counselling
Counselling offers a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, uncertainty, or simply want to gain more insight into yourself, sessions focus on helping you build understanding, resilience, and confidence.
You don't need to have the right words or a clear starting point; sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

This is a chance to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and see whether working together feels like a good fit — with no obligation to continue

Sessions are available online via secure video.
Individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes and cost €60.

Wellbeing Circles
I also offer weekly Wellbeing Circles, online and in person. These are designed to be supportive spaces where you can pause, reflect, and connect with others.
The circles are not full therapy sessions, but a dedicated time each week to share how you’re feeling, what’s on your mind, and experience genuine connection within your circle.
