Wellbeing Circles
A Wellbeing Circle is a weekly confidential, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and connect with others.
The circles are not full therapy sessions, but a dedicated time each week to share how you’re feeling, what’s on your mind, and experience genuine connection within your circle.
What to Expect
Wellbeing circles take place in person in Sotogrande, and online. Each circle has a maximum of 8 people and begins with a simple check-in: how you’re feeling in this moment, what’s been on your mind, and what you’d like to explore in the circle. From there, our conversation flows naturally, guided by the group and the topics that feel most relevant. We may touch on themes like:
Anxiety and stress
Relationships
Money and work
Living abroad
Identity and self-discovery
Coping with loss and change
The circles are designed to be a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can share, be heard and connect with others. While we may touch on different topics, there’s no rigid structure — the focus is on open conversation, reflection, and connection.
